Who is the Social Networking Greats?

There are so many social networking sites that it can be overwelming to new users. Especially when the sign up and don't really know what to do and never use it.
What sites do you use and why? What sites will you not use and why?
This discussion is for any type of sharing. Facebook, Piczo, del.icio.us, Photobucket, .mac, YouTube....
I would like to keep the flaming to a minimum. Just because someone else likes a site that you despise, doesn't mean that you have the right to berate them. Let's keep it civil! hehe

I'll start:

I really am beginning to like Piczo even though I haven't used it enough to form a good opinion.
YouTube is the largest place for online videos but it is SOOO large. Where can you go for specialized video's like extreme sports, funny video's, home movies, homemade movies, commentary...
